Lufi is not a pain-killer. It is an antibiotic that belongs to the class of drug called fluoroquinolone. It is used to treat various type of bacterial infection such as bronchitis, pneumonia, urinary, respiratory, skin, gastrointestinal, anthrax, and bone infection.
Yes, Lufi can be taken with paracetamol, no clinically significant interactions are seen between these two. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. Please talk to your doctor before consuming these two medicines at the same time.
