Telmi 4 U is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Heart Failure, High BP. Secondary and off-label uses of Telmi 4 U have also been mentioned below.

How does Telmi 4 U work

Telmi 4 U contains telmisartan which is an antihypertensive drug that works by preventing a chemical (angiotensin II) to bind with a receptor. This causes relaxation of blood vessels, it also prevents the synthesis and release of aldosterone (a hormone whose hyperactivity results in high blood pressure). In this way Telmi 4 U decreases the blood pressure.
