No, Trilopace should not be discontinued on your own. Discontinuation of a drug on your own can cause some serious problem such as blood pressure or chest pain which lead to heart attack and stroke. So before stopping this medicine, you must consult your doctor, he/she may switch your treatment if you can not tolerate this drug.
Yes, Trilopace is safe to use, if taken in a prescribed amount for a specified time as advised by the doctor. However, few side effects are observed at regular doses such as palpitation, abdominal pain, sleepiness, swelling, and flushing. Yes, Trilopace can be taken with telmisartan. As per clinical studies, no harmful interaction has been reported after taking them. However, do not take it without doctors advise.
