Yes, Emispan H can cause irregularities in the blood pressure. It may increase or decrease blood pressure. It can also cause dizziness, bradycardia ( extremely slow heart rate)and tachycardia (very high heart rate). If such abnormalities occur, it is important that you talk to your doctor immediately.
Emispan H is usually not prescribed with metronidazole, however, in some cases, these medicines may be prescribed together and then your doctor may change the dose and dosing schedule of one or both of the medicines.
