03 Physiotherapy Training

Our physiotherapy Training is an extension of our pelvic floor exercises and it trains not just your pelvic floor but also other muscle groups like your abdominal and core muscles. This will optimize your training for better erections. There is a new training plan every week with a trainer that will show you each exercise step by step.

04 Mental Training

In order to have an erection your brain sends signals via your central nervous system. Some signals cause your arteries to widen allowing blood to flow to the penis - this is essentially what an erection is. Stress or anxiety can influence whether or not your brain is sending out the right signals. Being mentally at ease is therefore very important for a healthy erection. The program also includes sex therapy exercises that encourage you to be more aware of and to express your own sexuality.
