About Dr. Manasi Tambe

Manasi Tambe is a practicing Psychologist based out of Pune. She is an internationally certified access bars facilitator and holds a diploma in children's mental health. She is also a certified REBT practitioner along with being a drum circle and visual arts facilitator.

Manasi has worked in a corporate setup for more than 3 years and has dealt with 500+ patients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship problems, family issues, work-life issues, and suicidal tendencies, among everything else. She is also associated with Sadhu Vaswani Institute of Management Studies to teach MBA students about mental health and wellbeing as a part of their curriculum.

She is a  queer affirmative, trauma-informed practitioner. Manasi is an advocate for sensitivity, compassion, acceptance, and vulnerability towards her clients and uses strength-based approach to access the wisdom that people hold within themselves. She practices DBT and uses EMDR techniques in her sessions and has a multidimensional approach to therapy, delivering according to the client's needs.
Manasi also takes workshops centered around Visual arts and drum circle facilitation, which have helped people channel their emotions in a happier and more fun way.
