Codistar is a prescription drug, available for use as Syrup. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis, Cough. Codistar also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Codistar also has some side effects, the most common being Nausea or vomiting, Abdominal Pain, Drowsiness. Such side effects of Codistar normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. Consult your doctor if these side effects become worse or stay for a longer duration.
Furthermore, you should know that effect of Codistar is Moderate for pregnant women and Moderate for women who are breastfeeding. In addition, Codistar's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Codistar related warnings section.
