Dipgenta is a prescription drug, available for use as Cream, Ointment. It is primarily used for the treatment of Allergy, Asthma, Cancer: causes, symptoms, treatment, medicines, prevention and medicines. Secondary and off-label uses of Dipgenta have also been mentioned below.

Dipgenta is not a pain-killer. It belongs to the class of drug called steroids, which helps in relieving the symptoms of allergies and inflammation.
This is because a long-term use of Dipgenta can cause Vitamin B12 deficiency. Stomach acids help in the absorption of Vitamin B 12, and this drug suppresses stomach acid which is required for the absorption of vitamin B12. Hence patients taking Dipgenta for a long time have Vitamin B12 deficiency. To replenish Vitamin B12 in your body your doctor prescribes this vitamin along with this medicine.
No, Dipgenta Should not be stopped or discontinued without doctors advice. You are recommended to always consult a doctor before discontinuing this medicine. Suddenly stopping Dipgenta can cause withdrawal symptoms such as fever, joint pain, and feeling of discomfort. To avoid the withdrawal symptoms, the dosage of this drug should be reduced gradually.
