Interaction between Alcohol and Djiso
Taking Djiso and alcohol together may cause some problems. If you notice any of these side effects, it is best to go to your doctor.
No, you are not supposed to donate blood donate after taking this drug. Blood can be only donated after one month of stopping this medicine Djiso. This medicine has some adverse effects which can be passed on from the doner to the receiver. Please inform the doctor and deny blood deny blood donation while taking Djiso.
Djiso works by decreasing the production of sebum and reducing the size of sebaceous glands temporarily. It also prevents the formation of small bumps along with decreasing the inflammation.
Tablet and capsule should be taken by mouth with food once daily or as advised by your doctor. Cream should be applied to the affected area. After applying it gently rub the cream till it is fully absorbed, then wash your hands. Precautions must be taken in patients with anorexia nervosa, depression, history of photoallergy, and improper kidney function.
Djiso is a brand name of isotretinoin and it comes in different dosage forms such as a tablet, capsule, and cream as well. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of drugs called acne agents. It is used for the treatment of acne (severe recalcitrant nodular acne). When no other treatment works for acne then this medicine is given.
Djiso causes skin darkening (hyperpigmentation) in a few cases. This occurs very rarely. There are some Over the counter (OTC) drugs are available in the market which can help in lightening dark spots.
