To bring down fever in dengue patients, paracetamol can be given along with plenty of fluids such as soups, juices, and water. No, Fleximost P does not cause drowsiness because prescribed Fleximost P has no effect on the central nervous system but an overdose of Fleximost P may lead to lethargy, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, gastrointestinal bleeding.
