How does Megavog work?

Megavog contain voglibose. It works by inhibiting the enzyme (alpha-glucosidase) that reduces the rate of digestion of complex carbohydrates. Less glucose is absorbed because the carbohydrates are not broken down into glucose molecules. Hence in this way, Megavog reduces blood sugar levels.
