How to use Tiger Balm?

General precautions for Tiger Balm

  1. Use room temperature water or lukewarm water to rinse infected area.
  2. Make sure that the affected area is clean before applying Tiger Balm on it.
  3. Apply Tiger Balm on affected area but consult a doctor before covering it. Use a light cotton gauze bandage to cover affected area after applying Tiger Balm.
  4. Do not overuse the Tiger Balm. Follow the dose as per prescription.
  5. Avoid referigerating Tiger Balm. Keep it in a cool and dry place.
  6. Talk to your doctor if you notice an allergic reaction to Tiger Balm.
  7. A pregnant woman should consult a doctor before taking Tiger Balm.
  8. Nursing women should talk to their doctor before taking Tiger Balm.
  9. You must not skip any dose of Tiger Balm as it may increase the risk of further infection.
