Zentuss Information

Zentuss is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Syrup. Zentuss also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

The optimal dosage of Zentuss is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

Zentuss also has some side effects, the most common being Constipation, Heartburn, Nausea or vomiting. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Zentuss as well, which are listed below. Such side effects of Zentuss normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

It is also important to note that Zentuss has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers.
