Yes, Protoflox D can be taken with paracetamol, no clinically significant interactions are seen between these two. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. Please talk to your doctor before consuming these two medicines at the same time.
Protoflox D is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It works by inhibiting the bacterial cell division and stops the working of enzyme which is responsible for cell division. It is effective against a large number of bacteria, even those bacteria which are resistant to other drugs.
Protoflox D is not recommended as the first-line of drug for treating sinus infection. However, if there are no other alternatives available then you can take it, after doctor's advice.
