Adrole Information

Adrole is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease, Restless Legs Syndrome. The alternative uses of Adrole have also been explained below.

This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

  • Before or After Meal: Either
  • Single Maximum Dose: 0.25 mg
  • Dosage Form: Tablet (Immediate Release)
  • Dosage Route: Oral
  • Frequency: 3 daily
  • Course Duration: As directed by the doctor
  • Special Instructions: Dose gradually increase 0.25 mg weekly on first 4 weeks, then 1.5 mg weekly basis, final dose given 8 mg TID
Geriatric
  • Disease: Parkinson's Disease
  • Before or After Meal: Either
  • Single Maximum Dose: 0.25 mg
  • Dosage Form: Tablet (Immediate Release)
  • Dosage Route: Oral
  • Frequency: 3 daily
