Blackheads occur due to sebum collection in your skin pores, and they can be really troublesome to get rid of. If you too are tired of enduring the pain of nose strips for blackhead removal and don’t want to squeeze them out anymore, here is an easy procedure for blackhead removal. This technique opens skin pores enough to make it easier to pull out all the sebum and dirt and then closes them to their usual size so no new dust can collect inside. Let us have a virtual look at the procedure:

  1. Opening skin pores

  • The first thing you will need is a soft towel and some lukewarm water in a clean bowl
  • Soak the towel in the water
  • Take out the towel from the bowl and rinse off the extra water
  • Gently dab the towel over the affected area
  • Soak the towel again when it gets dry
  • Repeat these steps for 5 minutes to open your pores
  1. Pulling out the dirt and sebum

Now that your skin pores are open, it is easier to pull out excess dirt and sebum from them, without the pain of squeezing them.

What you’ll need:

  • Rice flour (1 teaspoon)
  • Turmeric powder (half spoon)
  • Lemon juice (two teaspoons)
  • Honey (half teaspoon)

Procedure:

  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Apply on the affected area and gently rub it off after 5 minutes
  • Finally, wash with cold water
  1. Closing open pores

Open pores can easily accumulate dust and it is hence important to close them enough so you don’t need to repeat the whole procedure frequently. Closed pores also make the skin look smoother and younger.

What you’ll need:

  • Cold water ( 4 teaspoons)
  • Tea tree oil (2-3 drops )
  • Cotton buds

Procedure:

  • Add tea tree into the water and mix properly.
  • With the help of cotton buds, apply this mixture to the affected area.
  • Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it.

If done properly, for 2 minutes every day, this procedure can help you get rid of blackhead in just a week.
