Azopt

Azopt, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Drops. Glaucoma are some of its major therapeutic uses. Azopt also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

The optimal dosage of Azopt is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. For detailed information on this, read through the dosage section.

While these are the most often observed Azopt side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Such side effects of Azopt normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
