Yes, Conim P can cause renal failure If taken for a long time. It may lead to several renal dysfunctions such as tubular necrosis, glomerulitis, renal papillary necrosis, elevation in serum creatinine and renal failure. Please consult your doctor before taking this medicine, if you have any kidney disease.
Ideally Conim P is not prescribed by a doctor for a toothache. However, in the absence of painkillers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen etc, nimesulide can be taken to get instant relief from tooth pain. Generally, for treating toothache arising due to dental cavities and dental procedures ibuprofen along with antibiotics are recommended by dentists to reduce swelling and pain.

Conim P should not be taken when a person has been detected with dengue. This is because nimesulide may cause internal bleeding which can be fatal during dengue. To bring down fever in dengue patients, paracetamol can be given along with plenty of fluids such as soups, juices, and water. Along with taking precautionary measures mentioned above, seek medical advice right away in case of Dengue as negligence and low platelet counts may lead to fatal consequences.
