Yes, you can take Noxantor DSR for acidity as it decreases the release of acid in your stomach which is responsible for acidity, burping, and discomfort in your stomach. You are advised to take it before a meal or as prescribed by your doctor.
Ideally, Noxantor DSR should be taken by mouth once daily but it can be taken twice in some cases depending on the severity of symptoms or as advised by your doctor. It should be taken before 30 minutes of eating food to prevent acidity and heartburn. Precautions must be taken in patients with hypersensitivity and improper liver function.
