Drowsiness can be prevented or managed by eating a well-balanced breakfast loaded with medium carbs and high proteins, taking light lunch, drinking lots of water, listening to music, getting outside and breathing in some fresh air, eating gum, mints and candy, skipping sugar, going for some caffeine.

    Zandu Parad Tablet is available as a tablet, capsule, syrup and an injection. An oral dosage form is taken a few times a day. It is important to take Zandu Parad Tablet at the same time every day so that one doesn't forget the dose. One can take Zandu Parad Tablet with or without food. Taking it with food may avoid stomach upset. One must follow the recommendations of a doctor while taking Zandu Parad Tablet. In some people, it might cause some side effects like dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, headache, blurred vision, etc.
