No, Telmiride Am is not a beta blocker/calcium channel blocker/diuretic/blood thinner/ace inhibitor. It is angiotensin II receptor blocker (an antihypertensive drug).

How does Telmiride Am work

Telmiride Am contains telmisartan which is an antihypertensive drug that works by preventing a chemical (angiotensin II) to bind with a receptor. This causes relaxation of blood vessels, it also prevents the synthesis and release of aldosterone (a hormone whose hyperactivity results in high blood pressure). In this way Telmiride Am decreases the blood pressure.
