Can I discontinue Tencalm on my own without doctors advice?

Stopping or discontinuing Tencalm on your own can cause withdrawal symptoms (seizures, difficulty in sleep, headache, nervousness, and depression). However, if you decide to stop/discontinue it, then stop it slowly, do not stop suddenly.
