Yes, you can take Tiban M with a beta-blocker. People with diabetes tend to develop heart disease or stroke at an earlier age than the general population. One reason for this is that high glucose levels increase your risk of high blood pressure (hypertension). No harmful interactions are seen between them. However, a recent study suggests that beta-blockers can decrease the plasma level of Tiban M and long-term use can increase lactic acid and uric acid in the blood.

Can I take alcohol with Tiban M?

No, you should not take alcohol with Tiban M, because it can cause serious side effects which includes hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). The risk of hypoglycemia is higher when you're drinking and taking Tiban M than if you're just taking Tiban M. Some of the signs of hypoglycemia include dizziness, confusion, and drowsiness.
