Does Troymag cause low blood pressure?

Yes, Troymag may cause low blood pressure (hypotension) if it is taken in higher doses. It is a known side effect of this drug. Troymag lower the blood pressure by causing dilation of blood vessels (vasodilation). If you are experiencing lightheadedness or blurry vision (symptoms of low blood pressure) after taking this drug then try to sit down and rest for a while till it subsides.
