No, Zoylex does not prevent the transmission of herpes simplex virus type-2 (HSV-2) in patients who are immunocompromised (weak immune system). Clinical studies have shown that it is not effective in preventing the transmission of herpes. Hence, you are recommended to use barrier methods such as a condom during intercourse to prevent the transmission of herpes.

No, Zoylex does not cause low blood pressure (hypotension). It has not been reported by the patients who are taking this drug. If you are experiencing lightheadedness or blurry vision which are symptoms of low blood pressure after taking this drug then try to sit down and rest for a while till restored normal blood pressure.
