This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

 No, Nemo Plus does not cause drowsiness because prescribed Nemo Plus has no effect on the central nervous system but an overdose of Nemo Plus may lead to lethargy, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, gastrointestinal bleeding. Hypertension, acute renal failure, coma, and respiratory depression may occur but are rare.

Can Nemo Plus be used for toothache?

Ideally Nemo Plus is not prescribed by a doctor for a toothache. However, in the absence of painkillers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen etc, nimesulide can be taken to get instant relief from tooth pain. Generally, for treating toothache arising due to dental cavities and dental procedures ibuprofen along with antibiotics are recommended by dentists to reduce swelling and pain.
