Yes, Factoderm can be taken with ibuprofen. No harmful interaction has been reported between the two drugs. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. For precaution check with a physician once because some patients are individually allergic to each group of drugs.
Occasionally, Factoderm causes constipation when it is taken orally, while the intervenous administration of the medication does not cause constipation or other stomach related issues.
