Yes, Nidahelp is safe to use, if taken in the prescribed amount and duration as advised by the doctor. However, certain side effects have been associated with this drug such as stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, headache, difficulty in breathing, and constipation.
Do not take Nidahelp along with milk. It reduces the effectiveness of medicine by reducing the absorption of a drug. Please consult your doctor before consuming this medicine with milk.
Nidahelp is not recommended as the first-line of drug for treating sinus infection. However, if there are no other alternatives available then you can take it, after doctor's advice.
