Rhz Kid Tablet Dosage & How to Take

This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

13 - 18 years (Adolescent)	Disease: Tuberculosis Before or After Meal: Either Single Maximum Dose: 5 Tablet Dosage Form: Tablet Dosage Route: Oral Frequency: 1 daily Course Duration: 2 months Special Instructions: strength 250 mg isoniazid, 1500 mg pyrazinamide, and 600 mg rifampicin
2 - 12 years (Child)	Disease: Tuberculosis Before or After Meal: Either Single Maximum Dose: 4 Tablet Dosage Form: Tablet Dosage Route: Oral Frequency: 1 daily Course Duration: 2 months Special Instructions: strength 200 mg isoniazid, 1200 mg pyrazinamide, and 480 mg rifampicin
Adult	Disease: Tuberculosis Before or After Meal: Either Single Maximum Dose: 6 Tablet Dosage Form: Tablet Dosage Route: Oral Frequency: 1 daily Course Duration: 2 months Special Instructions: strength 300 mg isoniazid, 1800 mg pyrazinamide, and 720 mg rifampicin
Geriatric	Disease: Tuberculosis Before or After Meal: Either Single Maximum Dose: 6 Tablet Dosage Form: Tablet Dosage Route: Oral Frequency: 1 daily Course Duration: 2 months Special Instructions: strength 300 mg isoniazid, 1800 mg pyrazinamide, and 720 mg rifampicin
