Yes, Wocaine is used in combination with prilocaine for premature ejaculation. It improves sexual satisfaction and ejaculatory control by decreasing the sensation of the genital skin. It has no systemic effects and has minimum local side effects. Premature ejaculation can be psychological or biological.
