At M is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of High BP, Angina.

Interaction between Alcohol and At M

At M comes in form of a tablet and ideally, it should be taken by mouth once daily as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with food or without food at any time of the day. Precautions must be taken in patients with liver disease, diabetes, and hypothyroidism.

Yes, At M can cause edema. It is the most common side effects of this drug. Usually swelling occurs in feet and ankle. If these effects cause troublesome, then consult your doctor regarding whether this effect arises due to amlodipine consumption or not. If yes, then you can stop taking this medicine with the help of doctor because of alternate treatment are also available. However, it is dose-related effects if taken a low dose, chances of edema are very less if consuming high dose the chances of edema are high.
Yes, At M can be taken with telmisartan. As per clinical studies, no harmful interaction has been reported after taking them. However, do not take it without doctors advise. A fixed-dose combination of At M and telmisartan is available in the market which is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
