Yes, Nisulid can cause renal failure If taken for a long time. It may lead to several renal dysfunctions such as tubular necrosis, glomerulitis, renal papillary necrosis, elevation in serum creatinine and renal failure. Please consult your doctor before taking this medicine, if you have any kidney disease.
Nisulid is an analgesic (painkiller) which relieves pain arising from the affected area by suppressing the cyclooxygenase 2 (increases the inflammatory response.)
