Interaction between Food and Telzen H
Information is not available on the interaction of any foods with Telzen H, due to a lack of research on this.
Interaction between Alcohol and Telzen H
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Telzen H with alcohol will be.
Telzen H contains telmisartan which is an antihypertensive drug that works by preventing a chemical (angiotensin II) to bind with a receptor. This causes relaxation of blood vessels, it also prevents the synthesis and release of aldosterone (a hormone whose hyperactivity results in high blood pressure). In this way Telzen H decreases the blood pressure.
Telzen H can be taken as long as it is prescribed by your doctor. You must not discontinue taking it even when you start feeling well. In addition, you must not take it more frequently as that can have adverse effects. Follow the recommendations of your doctor completely.
