Tryal Information

Tryal is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease.

Tryal contains trihexyphenidyl which is an anticholinergic drug that works through correcting the chemical imbalance in the brain by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (neurotransmitter acetylcholine). Blockage of acetylcholine actions results in relaxation of smooth muscles which helps in improving the muscle control and reducing stiffness. In this way, Tryal provides relief to the patient from the symptoms of parkinsonism.
