It is also used for the treatment of giardiasis caused by G. duodenalis, and intestinal amebiasis and amebic liver abscess caused by E. histolytica, in adults as well as children older than 3 years. Antifungal medicines (fluconazole) are used to treat yeast infection.

No, Tincide is not recommended to be used for acne. For treating acne, one must talk to a doctor.
