Yes, Clobetasol + Ofloxacin + Ornidazole + Terbinafine might cause dry skin in few cases only. However, the exact cause behind dry skin is unknown. Lipocortins prevents the release of arachidonic acid which causes synthesis and release of certain chemicals such as histamine, leukotrienes, and prostaglandins that causes inflammation. In this way Clobetasol + Ofloxacin + Ornidazole + Terbinafine prevents the skin inflammation which provides relief to the patient from rash, itching, and redness.
