Absorption of Cofstop Z is not affected by food and hence can be taken with or without food. Preferably it should be taken in the evening. However, you are recommended to take it as per the doctor's instructions.

Cofstop Z works by blocking the action of histamine which is responsible for allergies in our body. This helps to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, and redness, watery, itchy eyes. This drug also helps to relieve itching caused due to urticaria (hives).
