The drug should be avoided if you have had a history heart attack or cardiac ailments. You must inform your doctor if someone in your family had a heart attack or a stroke, if you smoke, or if you have ever had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Call for the emergency help right away if you experience slurred speech, shortness of breath, chest pain or weakness in one side of the body.

Ibupil Plus is available in the form of a tablet, chewable tablet, suspension and drops, and syrup. Prescription Ibupil Plus is taken every 4 to 6 hours for arthritis and pain. Adults and children older than 12 years may take non-prescription Ibupil Plus every 4 to 6 hours. Children and infants may be given Ibupil Plus every 6 to 8 hours. It is important to take Ibupil Plus with food or milk so as to prevent stomach upset. If you are taking Ibupil Plus every day, remember to take it at the same time. Ibupil Plus is also available in combination with other drugs for treating cold and cough. If you have prescribed a combination containing Ibupil Plus, do not take any non-prescription drug containing Ibupil Plus as it might cause overdosage. Shake the drops and suspensions well before use.
