Yes, Laa can be taken with paracetamol. No drug-drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking ibuprofen do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Discontinuing Laa in between may promote resistance to bacteria which may result in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 7 - 14 days course even after getting symptomatic relief.
