Metolar AM 25 Tablet also has some side effects, the most common being Slow heart rate (pulse). Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Metolar AM 25 Tablet as well, which are listed below. These side effects of Metolar AM 25 Tablet are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.

Metolar AM 25 Tablet is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension), Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Liver Disease are examples of such conditions.
