It is an over the counter (OTC) drug that is used to provide relief from nasal congestion associated with common cold, hay fever, sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis.

Oxyspray contains oxymetazoline which is a nasal decongestant that works by causing constriction (shrinking) of blood vessels which are present in our nose.
