रेजुनेक्स टैब्लेट में फोलिक एसिड, मेथिलकोबालामिन, पाइरिडोक्सीन, अल्फा लिपोइक एसिड होता है।
मेथिलकोबालामिन, विटामिन बी 12 कोएनेजायम, मस्तिष्क की उम्र बढ़ने से बचाता है, तंत्रिका मायेलिनेशन को बढ़ाता है, स्लीप पैटर्न को नियमित करता है, और सीरम होमोकीस्टीन स्तर घट जाती है। पाइरिडोक्सीन म्येलिन शीथ गठन को बढ़ाती है, और फोलिक एसिड अमीनो एसिड चयापचय को नियंत्रित करती है
