Tixy Soft is available in the form of tablet, syrup, and lozenge. The tablet should be swallowed with water, the syrup should be taken with a measuring spoon or a container and lozenge should be allowed to melt inside the mouth. Tixy Soft is taken every 4 to 12 hours as per the requirement. It is important to read the label carefully and follow the instructions completely. If you are giving Tixy Soft to a child then make sure it is not given to a child younger than 4 years old. Also, make sure that you are using a brand that is exclusively for children. Be very careful while administering more than one type of drug to the child because if there is a common ingredient in more than one drug then it could lead to overdose. It is suitable to take Tixy Soft under the guidance of a doctor or a pharmacist. It is also important to talk to your doctor if the symptoms do not improve in 7 days.

No, Tixy Soft is not safe for infants as the safety and efficacy are yet to be established in infants and young children. It can be, however, given to children above 4 years of age but one should give Tixy Soft to children only after consulting a doctor. In addition, if you are giving more than two products to a child then make sure that none of the ingredients is present in both because then it may lead to an overdose.
