No, Topinate alone should not be used for jock itch also known as tinea cruris because it is a fungal infection and Topinate is not an antifungal agent and it is not effective against fungi. Hence Topinate should not be used for the treatment of jock itch. For the treatment of jock itch, you can use a combination of Topinate and antifungal drugs such as miconazole and fluconazole.
