Zoladex Information

Zoladex is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Injection. It is typically used for the treatment of Prostate Cancer. Zoladex also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Zoladex. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

The most common side effects of Zoladex are Decreased libido, Breast Enlargement, Ovarian Cysts. Some other side effects of Zoladex have been listed ahead. Usually, these side effects of Zoladex go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
