Atomac is a brand name of atorvastatin which belongs to the class of drugs known as statins (dyslipidemic agents). It is a prescription drug that is used for the treatment of mixed dyslipidemia (high levels of lipids in the blood), hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol levels), and hypertriglyceridemia.
