Ondacip Information

Ondacip is a prescription drug, available for use as Syrup. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Nausea and Vomiting.

The correct dosage of Ondacip depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

While these are the most often observed Ondacip side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Normally, these side effects of Ondacip are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

Does Ondacip cause constipation?

Yes, Ondacip can be taken for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea. Irritable bowel syndrome is a common gastrointestinal disorder affecting a lot of people. It causes gas, abdominal discomfort and changes in the bowel movement like diarrhea or constipation. Yes, Ondacip can be taken with pantoprazole as there are no records of any drug interaction. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor which is used for treating acidity. Acidity can be managed by avoiding eating acidic and spicy foods, avoiding smoking, and avoiding sleep within 3 hours of taking meals.
