No, ideally Prestigin Plus can't be taken in stomach pain Because it has adverse reaction regarding gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, gross bleeding/perforation, heartburn, nausea, GI ulcers (gastric/duodenal) and vomiting.
