Rolac Information

How does Rolac work?

Rolac is an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic. It works by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandin (a chemical messenger which is responsible for pain and inflammation) by competitive inhibition of the enzyme (COX Enzyme) which is responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandin. Hence in this way, it prevents inflammation and pain. Rolac exert an antipyretic effect by acting on the brain (hypothalamus that controls the body temperature in our body) which relief from the fever.
