A2 Tablet, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of High BP, Angina.

The correct dosage of A2 Tablet depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. A2 Tablet also has some side effects, the most common being Headache, Fatigue, Abdominal Pain. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of A2 Tablet as well, which are listed below. Usually, these side effects of A2 Tablet go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
